Greenroom IKM were commissioned by Doncaster Bloodstock Sales to develop their building services design brief and take forward to full construction information including site supervision and clerk of works duties.

Consequently, unique striking building opened in March 2006, which was badly needed within the bloodstock sales industry. The first of its kind for a number of years.

The building consists of the main auction auditorium, private bidding booths, support areas and two bar restaurants. To service the sales events over 600 stables and a purpose built vets building were also commissioned.
